Uncle Harmon was much like my grandpa, gentle, slow to speak and witty. His wit sprang from his quiet joy. His singing voice sounded like Uncle Harley only mellower which reflected his personality.

After speculation, I think this is actually Uncle Harley instead of Uncle Harmon singing. Harley's a little more subdued than usual. Could be because he was a little somber/sober. I do think however that is Uncle Harmon playing harmonica.
